Hello, I need help. I am managing a website and I can’t update the Enfold theme. the Avia Builder is old and doesn’t seem to work. I haven’t been given the credentials to log in so I am not able to get the latest version of the theme. Can you please help me out? I don’t want to rebuy the theme and end up in the same situation, I just want to update it. I would really appreciate if you could contact me in any way to help me retrieve the password and get support on this? Thank you very much in advance

We’d be happy to help you out with updating, but we need to verify that you actually own a license. Why don’t you have access to the Themeforest account for instance? Do you have a purchase code maybe?

Thanks for the update, though I don’t understand what you would like me to check. Which name should I search for? You must have had a purchase code in order to register on our forum, where did you get that from? The only place you can get it from is from Themeforest, so that means you have an account. Maybe you could try reaching out to Envato/Themeforest instead if need access to their platform.
As I said before, we can help you out with updating, but if you don’t have access to your Themeforest account, then you will have this problem every time you want to update.
