    Hi dear folks,

    I have bought a WP-Installatoon including the theme ENFOLD.
    Recently I updated WP to 4.4.1, Enfold is still V 2.8.1 and WP said: No Updates available.
    Yes username and purchase key are veryfied. Since I bought a package I have no Envato / Themeforest account.

    Problem: The Avia Layout Architect hangs and it is impossible to update anything on my site.

    Q: Where do I have the possibility to download the latest version of ENFOLD without buying a new one – ’cause I allready paid for this.

    Hey Esthergleede!

    Try updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

    You can download the latest update from your themeforest downloads page where the theme was initially purchased.

    Let me resume: If my prvider does not download the latest version for me, I have to buy it again?

    Hi!

    Your provider should download the latest version and send it to you. As far as i know, there is “50 downloads limit” on ThemeForest and i believe theme was downloaded once when you first purchased it. Ethically, they should send you a fresh, updated copy :)
