    But i cant update it brings some errors.
    I give you all my contacts to ftp and admin panel , please solve this problem.

    Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/. If that doesn’t work then please try to update manually: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hey what has happened with my theme and my site please imrove it.

    Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Have you made any changes on Functions.php file?

    Hi!

    For your information, each time you self post, you push your query to the end of our queue. In urgent cases, please avoid self posting.

    Widget issue you had is related with WordPress. WordPress started to require ID’s for widget areas starting with version 4.2 and Enfold provides them but that sometimes removes widgets. We recommend updating the theme with each update. You were using a very old version.

    I am sorry that you think our support is awful. Hopefully we can change your mind in future :)
