    Hello I have 2 sites running the Enfold theme
    One site is running the latest version of the theme 4.7.5
    The other site is running 4.5.7 and will not update to the latest version 4.7.5 it shows that it is up to date. Both sites have Envato Tokens that validate.
    We have tried the manual update function without success.
    Why does one site update and the other not?

    Hi Brian,

    Thanks for the update. Could you share FTP login details with us in private as well, so that we can update manually for you please? The automatic update is not working on my end either, and I’m not sure why unfortunately.

    It’s not the issue of the license, it’s the way Envato API works on some servers. You can install the Envato Market plugin and test if you can see updates.
