    Hello,
    I wish to update my Enfold theme (purchased on Themeforest) but I can’t access Themeforest account (their website don’t send the verification email) and they don’t answer since 4 days.. !! Time pass by and I’m now late on my work. No sign from them.. can you please me advice on how to download the update or where to get my purchase number (which I normally got on my themeforest account).

    Unfortunately only way to get the theme is from ThemeForest. Please contact Envato Support here – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us

    Thanks, I did that, 4 times in 4 days.. if they are your only reseller they are behaving very badly. You might want to warn them.
    And I’m still stuck with a purchased theme I can’t use and my client is yelling…
    Can’t you provide a download link? I can give you my account credits..
    I just can’t access their website because their verification system does not work.. argh

    Unfortunately we are not permitted to provide theme files or download links. Theme is only available to download on ThemeForest. You can try to tweet them here – https://twitter.com/envato_support and tell them that it is urgent. Not sure if there is anything else we can do to help you in this case.
