Cant Upadate No matter what

Hi i have enfold theme 3.3.2 which by the looks of things is very out of date. I downloaded the update word press only file and using file zilla replaced the enfold theme files. I used Transient Cleaner and then clicked on the enfold theme which still shows 3.3.2 so then i renewed my support and i do not have the option to update within wordpress, which i shouldnt have to do as i have already manualy uploade the new enfold theme files. but yet within wordpress it still shows version 3.3.2 please help. PS iam not using a child them.
