    Hi,
    strange a it sounds, I cannot type the letter “e” or “E” in the title and description fields of the ALB editor for the Team member element.
    Same as in https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cannot-type-the-letter-e-in-the-text-editor/ the problems seems to be related to the Taxopress plugin.
    I was asked to open a new thread from the moderator in the liked post :)

    Hey SurigliaStudio,

    Thanks for the login token. Does the problem go away when the plugin in question is deactivated? If so, then we would have to refer you to the plugin developers. We can’t debug problems caused by third party plugins unfortunately.

    Yes: the problem goes away if I deactivate the plugin.
    I get your point, but I was hoping to be pointed is some direction since the problem is just in one of the Enfold component :)

    TaxoPress staff points me to paid support or to report some bug:

    I guess some cooperation between staff would be really nice; do you think it is possible in some manner?

    Hi Bianca,

    I’d be happy to report this to our developers, but I also know that it would be the lowest possible priority to fix. That means that it could take several months before anyone would even look at this. I’m not sure exactly what to do on the link you posted, but if it involves opening a ticket on their Github project, then please go ahead and open a ticket there. If the developers of the plugin would like a copy of the theme license, then you are welcome to share a copy with them privately. They could also reach out to us for a license copy.
