    It might be an issue with the plugin… please contact the plugin author as they know their plugin’s best.

    Sorry we will support this plugin as it was bundled with Enfold. Please provide us working username and login info in a private message.

    Hi!

    Please note that every time you post a message, the message goes back down to the que and last for our work.
    Can you please re-upload our theme and let us know if that fixes the issue for you.
    I checked on a local installation and could not reproduce the issue at all.

    Hi!

    there might be some corrupted files and in this case simply overwriting might not be enough, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    Deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue.

    Are we allowed to deactivate your plugins too? Let us know about your results with deactivating them all.
