When I try and upload my enfold theme (zipped myself from the entire Enfold folder that I downloaded), I repeatedly get a screen that says: “Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again”.
Have I done something wrong on the upload, or is this a problem with my WordPress install (WordPress has been updated to the latest version) ?

Can you please try uploading the theme via FTP manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/install-enfold-theme-with-ftp/?
