    Hello!

    I tried to search to see if anybody else had this problem. I must be doing something wrong but I just purchased this theme and it will not install on my wordpress. I was hoping somebody could help me out.

    If there is one of many issues installing through the WordPress admin installing over FTP bypasses them pretty easily and without much fuss.

    Thanks Devin,

    Unfortunately, I have don’t know anything about FTP and those directions to show how to establish a connection between the server and the FileZilla. I’ve tried multiple times but I keep getting a critical error, can not connect to server. I’ve checked the firewall settings to make sure the application is allowed to check the internet and it is. I have not idea what to do now as I know nothing about routers. I am running off a wireless connection. This is really frustrating because all I want to do is install my theme, simple as that, and I can’t.

    The easiest thing to do would be to talk to your hosting provider in that case to get FTP working correctly.

    Otherwise if you can explain a bit more on what is happening when you try to install through the WP admin we can try that approach as well.
