    When I try to view it on my iphone and ipad, I get nothing but a white screen HELP!!! What is going on?
    I can see it fine on my desktop.
    I need to fix this FAST.

    Hey elames!

    This issue might be because some plugins css or js might be conflicting. Have you checked the site after disabling all the plugins?

    To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    If you still have issue please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

    I will try that…but everything on the site is up to date. And it JUST started happening. It has been fine for a year…so obviously someone’s update has caused an issue. I will let you know.

    I deactivated all the plugins and then I could see the site on the ipad and iphone. Then I activated each one separately and checked after each. None of them caused the issue.. Have no clue but I can see the site now on both. ThanksQ
