June 24, 2017 at 6:36 am #812393Hi,
Thanks for that, those details work. I can see your media library if I select list view, please see private. There are a few files at the beginning of the list which seem to not have titles, could you try to delete them to see if that is the problem?
Best regards,
RikardJune 25, 2017 at 4:52 pm #812722Hi Rikard :)
Im having the following problems with my Enfold theme:
1. I can’t upload any images to my library.
2. I can’t erase or delete any image from the library.
I select the library in List mode and try to erase the images without titles, but I couldn’t.This error in my library happened since I updated the wordpress.

Please, disable all the plugins and the Enfold to check if this problem is caused by some plugin or our theme.

John TorvikJune 26, 2017 at 7:47 pm #813179Hi John,
I just disable all the plugins and the Enfold theme, but the problem with the library persist.
June 28, 2017 at 7:17 am #813696Hi,
1.) The “WP_MEMORY_LIMIT” is still set to 64MB. Please set it to 128MB or higher.
// https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/
Gracias por crear con WordPress. | Memoria: 47.25 de 368 MB (13%) | LÍMITE WP: 64 MB | IP 107.180.41.246 (a2plcpnl0935.prod.iad2.secureserver.net) | PHP 5.6.30 @64BitOS Versión 4.8
2.) The media library is accessible if it set to “List” instead of “Grid”.
// http://www.amvtecnologia.com.ve/wp-admin/upload.php?paged=1&mode=list
3.) There’s an issue with the image upload because of the following error.
async-upload.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
Please ask your hosting provider to correct the file and folder permissions of your installation.

IsmaelJune 30, 2017 at 3:36 pm #815002Hello Ismael,
Yes, they told me this is the error:
[17-Jun-2017 18:14:50 UTC] PHP Warning: require(/home/vazquez2017/public_html/wp-includes/load.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/vazquez2017/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 19

June 30, 2017 at 5:10 pm #815055Hi AMVTECNOLOGIA,
You should check if the file /vazquez2017/public_html/wp-includes/load.php is there and what are the permissions for it.
Best regards,
VictoriaJune 30, 2017 at 9:16 pm #815178Hi Victoria :)

July 4, 2017 at 3:38 am #816115Hi,
We deactivated the Enfold theme and activated a default theme temporarily but the issue still exists so it’s not theme-related. Please contact your hosting provider for more info.
According to this stack overflow thread, it’s a database issue.
// https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/261686/failed-to-open-stream-no-such-file-or-directory
NEW INFO: Tried the same WP 4.7.3 install in another subdirectory but using a NEW db–no problem. Using the old db is the issue. NEW QUESTION: Can I get all post / page / comment info from the old db and put it into the new, so I don’t have to rebuild the entire blog? Thanks for any help! – jomar Mar 28 at 22:25
yes. You can. go to the old site and go to tools “export” then go to the new site and go to tools “import”. You’ll have to install a quick plugin in the process, but it’s part of the wizard – rudtek Mar 28 at 22:31

We’d also appreciate it if you can take a moment to review our theme if you haven’t already. https://themeforest.net/downloads
