    working on this page:

    Meet The Staff

    Trying to add this image (already loaded to media bin) to the bottom of the page (above the last two staff pics where there is currently a “Mount Vernon Campus Staff” image) https://www.dropbox.com/s/m0v83kbflud8yj2/delaware-Staff-Header.png?dl=0

    The problem is that when I load the image and then press save it wipes out everything above the image on the save. I can pull the correct page from my revision history but it still does not save again. I’ve isolated the problem to this image and I’ve save the image as several different file types, etc… and cant’ get it to work.

    What can I do to get this image on the page?

    Hey satucker,

    Could you try activating debug mode in order to see shortcode and then copy/paste your shortcode to a new page to see if that works better? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to look for unclosed markup on the page: 

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    Rikard,
    You can see my original question at the top o the thread. I am having trouble with loading a single image to a specific page and that image causing the page content to disappear. I’ve given a detailed account in the first part of the thread.
    You suggested I use the debugging mode or the unclosed markup but I’m not much of a code guy and don’t know how to use these tools.

    Hi!

    refrain from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.

    Try to deactivate all plugins to check which in is causing this problem. If that does not help there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    I’ve got a child theme installed. If I delete the enfold folder and not the child theme, will this still work when I load the enfold folder?

    Hi!

    yes it will. However, make sure to have a backup, just in case.
