I am starting with my web. I have an item in my menu that is mysteriously there.
It does not exist as a page, nor as an entry, nor as a category, etc. It is not part of the structure of the menu either.
I clear all caching yet, but it’s still there.
There is a menu item (HOME) that does not appear and is replaced by another (Inicio) but I do not know where it comes from and, therefore, I can not delete it. I’ve even reset wordpress and reinstalled the theme but it’s still the same.
Please, help me!

Thanks for that, I can get in now. I think the reason why you cannot remove it is because you haven’t assigned your actual menu to display as your main menu. You can do so under Appearance->Menus, then assign it under the actual menu items. By default the theme will display all your pages in the menu if no menu is assigned yet.

Hi,
I took a look and found that you only have one menu built, and by going to the “Gestionar ubicaciones” tab and for “Enfold Menú principal” choosing: “Menu Principal” solves the strange menu item.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thank you for the info. There is no available menu in the Appearance > Menus panel so we created one and set it as the Enfold Main Menu under the Theme Locations settings. Please adjust the menu items.

Is there any reason why you don’t want to create a menu? Unfortunately, we are not sure where the “Inicio” page is coming from. Do you have a page with that title before? Please try to clean the database.

Thanks for the feedback, though your request is somewhat out of the ordinary. Most people actually wants their own menu in order to be in complete control of it. You can change the behaviour you are referring to under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
