    Hi,

    Apparently I am not able to register with the provided purchase orde code: f693d70f-1d03-47b9-a4f4-86699fc2508e.
    I got 403-issues with Enofd 4.1.2 and the only way to get it fixed is by using the forum, I’presume?

    Your purchase code seems invalid. Please make sure that you are using your Enfold purchase code. Please see screenshot below to find your purchase code

    Hi!

    Please make sure you are checking purchase code for Enfold. If it was registered, you would receive “purchase code already registered” error and not “purchase code not valid” error. If you are sure you are checking correct purchase code, please Envato support. Since purchase and download processes are managed by them and purchase codes are managed by them, they might be able to fix the issue on their end.

    Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know your purchase code and it is not possible to register to our support forum without one.
