    I tried to register for support and it says my support code is registered under another email address which I’ve tried everyone I know of on my team, someone may have registered for support previously but I can’t figure out what email it wants.

    My purchase and support code is attached.

    Hey Andy,

    It’s registered to an email on the same domain as the email you are using here, I’ve updated the user now so you should be able to login with your email and the password in private.

    Thank you for helping me to get access to support, but again, this is the reason I need support.

    The reason I am trying to get support is my client is having these errors come up after updating our WordPress installation and can no longer click buttons to upload images using the Incarnation interface in the page editor for adding Slideshow Images on the homepage.

    I already tried disabling all plugins and the issue still remained with the theme.

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for the update, I didn’t realise that you needed help with Incarnation. We stopped supporting that theme a couple of months ago, so our support for it is very limited unfortunately. I tried logging in to check which which version you are running, but the login details are not working. Please check and verify.

    I would recommend that you switch to our other theme Enfold in the near future: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-church/.
