    Hi

    I’m using the latest Enfold and Woocommerce.
    I can not login on my “my-account” page at woocommerce anymore.

    When I try to login in My Account page an error comes up with “You must acknowledge and agree to the privacy policy” but there is not clicking check box to accept privacy policy.

    We read in other thread the solution changing the line 369 of helper-privacy.php but doesn’t work.

    I need your help please

    Hi best Support Team ever,

    I am having the same issue after activating “attach check box to login” in Enfold`s privacy settings. But when I try to login on https://musikzentrale.net/wp-login.php or woocommerce login, there is no check box at all. And so I am locked out from my website. None of the suggestion in similar post solved it, so your help is highly appreciated. I am afraid, temporary admin access is not an option at this state ;-)

    Hi Sebastian,

    You can go to the website via FTP, and switch back to the default theme
    https://www.wp-tweaks.com/manually-switch-a-wordpress-theme-via-ftp/

    login to the dashboard and then try switching back to Enfold.

    Hi Victoria,

    thanks for your quick reply. Is this really the only way to go? Since it is a pretty “old” enfold site, I am afraid to lose some of the long assembled features when switching between themes.

    Solved, I gave it a try and it worked like a charme:
    Renamed enfold via ftp –> logged in again without problems –> rename enfold back via ftp –> pick it from design/theme and everything snapped back in its position.

    Hey!

    I did not receive the login credentials but you can install this plugin: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/raw/master/integration%20plugins/3rd%20party%20plugins/WooCommerce%20Privacy/enfold-woocommerce-privacy_1_0_0.zip to use the theme privacy features with WooCommerce. Install and activate the plugin, then go to Enfold > Theme Options to configure the settings.

    Inside you WP Dashboard, try assigning the privacy policy to the Privacy Policy page, located in Ajustes > Privacidad.
    Let us know if this helps fix the issue.

    Hi,

    After studying the code I noticed the plugin won’t work with the current version of Enfold. However it will work with the upcoming release. If you want to use it with the current version you need to modify three files.

    1) Open up wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php and replace the entire code in the file with the code from here: https://pastebin.com/raw/zZHPC4Bx

    2) Open up wp-content/themes/enfold/includes/helper-privacy.php and replace the entire code in the file with the code from here: https://pastebin.com/raw/Rhu48dX6

    3) At least open up wp-content/plugins/enfold-woocommerce-privacy/enfold-woocommerce-privacy-plugin.php and replace line 27

    
'min_version'				=>	'4.4.2',

    with

    
'min_version'				=>	'4.4.1',

    (so basically set the version number to 4.4.1 instead of 4.4.2).

    Now go to Enfold > Theme Options > Shop Options and scroll to the bottom. There you’ll notice a new “Privacy Policy for Shop” where you can configure some new settings.

    Hi,

    Yes, please replace the functions.php of the parent theme (enfold theme/folder). This patch will be part of the next update and you won’t need to modify the parent theme again, however it’s necessary one time because we didn’t release the parent theme update yet.
