    very frustrated customer here..

    i bought the Enfold theme, straight away started having problems with it. Went to login to create support ticket and it doesn’t work – There is no error message when login fails by the way.

    i went to reset password but it tells me that my account doesn’t exit for some reason, even though i have gone through this many times before.

    i went to create a new account but now it tells me that the username has already been used… by me. i’m going in circles.

    How do i fix this so i can login to create a support ticket so i can fix the other problem ?
