    My username and password are not working.

    I try to login via PHPmyAdmin and reset the MD5 password manually and it sill will not let me log into the site.

    Please let me know the issue and why this keeps happening.

    Why should I need to contact my host? Something is wrong with the theme that is not allowing me to login to wordpress.

    Hi,

    Did you try to request a new password from the installation you can’t access? I highly doubt that any theme would cause errors which would not enable you to log in.

    About your contact page: please try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.
