Can't log in to WordPress?

Hi,

I’m logged in to the dashboard for our site under my username (see private content). But when I try to log in at , it says it’s an unknown email. I’m trying to access ANY support that I can, including live chat support.

Update, my username didn’t work either. See private data.

If you have access over the database, you can change the password via phpmyadmin: https://wpcrux.com/blog/change-wordpress-password-phpmyadmin/
