Hello.
I am unable to install enfold on a site I am trying to build. I host on GoDaddy and use cpanel linux hosting with version 4.8.1 of WordPress running. I first tried to upload the theme via the zipped folder and received the message “Are you sure you want to continue Please try again”. After this, I attempted to upload via FTP directly through cpanel. I can see the files in my file manager within “public_html/wp-content/themes” though the theme is not appearing in the WordPress dashboard and I am unsure of what step to take next.
Thank you for assisting me with this.

August 30, 2017 at 5:51 am #845586Hey matthewakne926,
If this has not been done increasing the allocated memory to 128M should be helpful: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Best regards,
Jordan ShannonAugust 30, 2017 at 6:08 am #845599I have already done that (did 256 instead of 128) and it had no impact sadly.

August 31, 2017 at 1:41 pm #846236Hi matthewakne926,
Which php are you running? Credentials did not work for me. Could you please update the credentials?
You can request a refund at the website where you bought the theme.

VictoriaSeptember 1, 2017 at 4:52 am #846594Good day,
I did enter the incorrect credentials and I apologize for that, the correct credentials are provided in the private areaSeptember 2, 2017 at 4:36 am #847041Hi,
Thanks for the login details, they are working now. I tried uploading the theme but I get the same error message as you do. It’s likely due to the max_execution_time value on the server your site is hosted on. You could try contacting your hosting provider to increase that value. If they can’t do that then please post FTP login details as well so that we can have a go there instead.
Best regards,
Rikard -
