    I tried to install Enfold Child theme, but it said that the parent theme is missing which I am using, please see my screenshot for the error and suggest me how to solve this problem. Thank you!Error

    Hi Yu!

    Can you please provide us backend access, so we can give it a look?
    The issue seems to be a bit strange, to see if Enfold has a difference or something which we can get it short out.

    Hi,

    I tried to install the child theme but unfortunately it is not working.
    Please deactivate all active plugins and update the theme to the latest version.
    Activate default wordpress theme and download the child theme from kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and try to install it again.

    The theme update should overwrite any corrupt files. Once this is done you can re-activate the recently active plugins.
