    I have set the PHP config and tried many times to import the Restaurant Demo from Enfold > Demo import and it always failed
    max_execution_time 3000
    max_input_time 1000
    memory_limit 256M
    open_basedir no value
    post_max_size 128M
    session.save_path /tmp
    short_open_tag On
    upload_max_filesize 256M

    it showed the following message in the following
    ：importing didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again
    What can I do?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. Please try to import the xml file in private to your installation instead to see if it works better.

    Hi,
    I tried to import XML by Tools >> Import >>wordpress importer but it didn’t work. It shows a page with “Error 404 – page not found”.
    I update the XML file to my theme file Include >> admin >> demo_file >> restaurant.xml , it didn’t work niether.

    My host is GoDaddy, and I think I met the same problem like the other user

    Hi,

    I am afraid we took the same issue.
    The solution is what Mike has already proposed, to install it on a local installation and then move the files live
    That should let you import properly
