Hi there,
Just bought my fifths license of the Enfold theme. Love it! But unfortunately I again have problems to import the Enfold 2017 demo. The console reports internal server error (500). I already adjusted the php.ini file to set up memory but that doesn’t help.
Can you help me?Thanx, Katrin

Can you please check the server log for error and post it here or in private.

VictoriaSeptember 25, 2017 at 5:48 pm #856630Hi Victoria,
I’m sorry, but to avoid misunderstandings you need to tell me where do I find server log?
September 25, 2017 at 6:41 pm #856657Hi,
I tried to login with login details you gave but it doesn’t work, please check.
As for the logs, you can try to enable it via wp_debug: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress#Example_wp-config.php_for_Debugging

I’m so sorry, I just reseted the Site so the User was gone. Should work now!September 26, 2017 at 5:42 am #856778The enfold 2017 demo isn’t there, I see all the rest. How can I upload that demo?
September 26, 2017 at 6:52 am #856800Hi onesmile,
Thanks for that, login details are working. I get the same problem as you though, I think your hosting provider should be in a better position to determine what is going wrong on the server. Could you try contacting them to see if they can help you out with this?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 26, 2017 at 6:53 am #856801Hi scramcnc,
Are you sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (4.1.2)? If not then please please try to update: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardSeptember 26, 2017 at 1:01 pm #856901Hi Rikard,
I just contacted my provider, but they said, they can not find out why I get an Error 500. Could be millions of reasons. Well… I have no idea how to go on from there. Just installed a debugging plug in named query monitor, but I have no idea what to look for. Maybe that gives you guys an idea? Can you please check again?
Best, Katrin.September 26, 2017 at 2:07 pm #856924I tried to install theme and demo with another provider, which works just fine. So I tried to migrate the site to the 1234321.translogwest.com domain. did not work either. I deleted the subdomain now and will run a whole new setup and reinstall theme…. I’ll let you know once I’m done with this. Just so you guys know…
September 26, 2017 at 3:10 pm #856961Ok guys, all of my efforts did not do it. So now, I’m definitely without a clue and need you to help me, please. I completely
reinstalled the WordPress Installation and also the Enfold Theme. I again added the debugging Plugin “query Monitor”, so maybe that helps to find the problem? Like I said, I don’t know how to read it.
Login Details should still work. Still trying to import the Enfold 2017 demo…September 27, 2017 at 10:58 am #857430Dear support,
For now I don’t need any help anymore. Problem is not solved, but I will find a different way without the demo. I can’t wait another day for this problem to be fixed….
