    I want to import the Minimal Photography demo. However, whenever I try this from the demo sites import page I get the notice:-

    Download of files for demo Minimal Photography Demo didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and try again.

    This is the same for all of the demo sites I try to import.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that your servers is responding with a 500 internal server error message when trying to import a demo. Could you share server error logs with us please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. It’s likely that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is not enabled on your server. Could you reach out to your hosting provider and have them activate that please?
