    Hey Hekolo,

Have you attempted increasing php max_execution_time?

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    #910409

    Don’t know how that works….

    #910412

    Hi,

This is something that you can contact your host to help you with. This basically increases the alloted time for script processes to run.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    Hi,

Apologies for the response delay, If you would like to import them manually, you can find XML files in Enfold/includes/admin/demo_files

For your information, we have a queue that goes from oldest post to the newest posts and each time you self post, you are pushing your query to the end of the queue.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

    Hi,

Log into that blog as an administrator.
Go to Tools → Import in the blog’s Administration Screen.
Click “Install Now” link under the “WordPress”
    Click “Run Importer” link.
From there you want to navigate to the XML file that you would like to import.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon

Ok, tried that…i get asked what to do with admin.php (open, save,…)…

    Getting a bit lost here…

    Hi,
Sorry I’m not sure why you would be getting that message. Perhaps I can offer another solution.
If I understand correctly, you would like to install the Enfold 2017 Demo, but you have been getting error messages. Your PHP is version 7.
    What is your webhost?
I checked your site, but it doesn’t look like you have Enfold activated, it appears to be “BROOKLYN THEME BY UNITED THEMES”

    Best regards,
    Mike

I can send Login Details via personal message if that helps???

    #910651

    Hi,
Can you please include a admin login in the private content area. Importing the demo may cause you to lose all your content and settings, that is ok correct?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #910652

    Hi,
If I recall correctly, Strato blocks either all .at addresses or kriesi.at where the demos come from. If you contact them they will unblock for you, or I can try a alternative way to import.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Many thanks!!

    Hi,
I was not able to use the alternative method to import the demo, so I can manually import the demo but I will need database access. Please include cPanel login in the Private Content area.
The ftp access didn’t work for me, I believe my USA IP is blocked, but cPanel access will also allow me to upload the files necessary.

    Best regards,
    Mike
