Hello,
I’ve just purchased the Enfold theme, but when I try to import any demo content (in this case the GYM demo) I receive an “Importing didn’t work!” error. The error goes on to say
You might want to try reloading the page and then try again (The script returned the following message:
Avia Framework “avia_logo” already exists
Avia Framework “avia_favicon” already exists
Avia Framework “avia_custom_background_image” already exists
Avia Framework “avia_transparency_logo” already exists
Media “logo” already exists.
Media “logo white” already exists.
Media “” already exists.
Media “” already exists.)I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the theme, but am still encountering the same issue. Any ideas on how I can solve this?

Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
Or you can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

Thanks very much for your response. Unfortunately, the issue is still occurring even after updating the wp-config.php file as you noted. Do you have any other suggestions on how I can correct this error?
I’m not really keen on importing the XML file because I’m not sure what theme settings I’ll have to set after everything has been imported.
I’m including the content of my updated wp-config.php file in the private content to see if you can spot something else that may be causing this.

September 2, 2016 at 6:40 pm #681435If you’re unable to solve the issue, could you please let me know what the theme settings should be for the Gym Demo so I can import the XML file instead of manually set the theme settings?
September 3, 2016 at 10:20 pm #681701Is there a way to get a refund if you’re unable to offer technical support?
September 5, 2016 at 3:40 am #681891Hi,
Thank you for the info. And we are very sorry for the late response.
Please check if the “upload_tmp_dir” php directive is set correctly. You can ask your hosting provider to configure the settings.

And please refrain from bumping or replying to your own thread because it gets pushed back to the end of the queue and moderators won’t be able to provide a response immediately. Please be patient while we go through the rest of the queue. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
