    Hi, I tried import demo, but it failed and showed the message:

    Importign didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    I think it can be caused by hosting settings because if I tried on other hosting it works well. Could you tell me where can be the problem? I set memory_limit to 256M but the problem still persists. Are there other settings which can cause this problem?

    Hi Filip,

    Thanks for that, I get an error message as well. I can see that the server is responding with a 500 internal server error on the admin-ajax.php WordPress file. Could you ask you hosting provider why that is please?

    Hi Rikard,
    I asked my hosting and they said: “It is problem of your theme”.
    I prepared a new WordPress installation, but I have still the same problem. I tried error log and error during demo installation is

    WordPress database error: Unknown column ‘wp_’ in ‘field list’. Query: SELECT wp_.

    It is problem on Enfold side or Hosting side?

    Hi Victoria,

    is there any other possibility how to load demo? Like install demo on different webhosting and copy all files from /wp-content/themes/enfold/?

    Server settings are in private content.

    Thanks for giving access. I have installed wp reset plugin and reset it once then imported the default demo and it works fine :)

    But how you did it? I installed wp reset plugin and reset it many times. I reinstalled wordpress many times… but none effect. Maybe you have special aura :-) Thank you very much.

    Hi Filip,

    I tried manually installing and it kept telling media exists that’s why I used wp reset plugin and after resetting and activating the Enfold theme it was flawless, probably there were some interruptions before but I’m glad it’s good now :)
