    I have just bought Enfold and want to load the default demo to work from but it constantly says “import didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page and then try again”.

    I have tried this several times with different demos and same message each time.

    Can you help please because I need to build my website quickly and so far this theme has not lived up to the advertising!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details, I get the same problem when trying to import the default demo, I’m not sure why though. We’ve had other customers on GoDaddy having trouble before as well. First off, could you try to completely wipe your installation using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, and then try the import again to see if that helps? You could also try to import the demo manually, you will find instructions in private.

    If you want a refund then you will have to go through Envato/Themeforest as they handle all sales related matters for us.
