We’ve uploaded Enfold into WordPress successfully. When we go to import a demo, it says “try reloading the page”. We did that, and tried at least a dozen times and it doesn’t work. We even did a complete factory reset of our WordPress, tried to import a demo again, and no luck. Why is this happening, and how do we fix it?

    Hey toptiertrade,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

Thank you for your help! I’ve included the temporary account login in the private content section as per your request. Let me know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,
    Nick

    Hi Nikko,

The temporary login I’ve created for you is near expiration. Have you gotten a chance to look into the issue I am facing? Do you need me to renew the login?

    Regards,
    Nick

    Hi toptiertrade,

Which demo are you trying to import?

Some “Managed WordPress” hosts have the secure PHP options activated.
These advanced settings will probably need to be looked at by your web host,
if “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off” try turning these “on”.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
