Tagged: Banner Notifications
Hello,
Since installing Enfold 6.0.1, I’ve had a “Welcome to Enfold 6.0.1 – A small update fixing minor bugs and a performance issue for large sites” banner notification, with info about the update, at the top of every page in my WordPress admin interface. I can’t get rid of it. If I click “Dismiss,” it goes away temporarily, but pops up again the next time I open that page. I just installed Enfold 6.0.2, and these notifications for 6.0.1 persist everywhere.
Please advise. How to I get rid of them? Thanks! Lance
Hey Lance,
Thank you for the inquiry.
We don’t see the same notification on our end. Have you tried purging the cache? Please provide the login details in the private field so that we can check the issue.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi Ishamel,
Thanks for your quick response. Let’s see: Not sure what you mean by “the” cache. I clear the cache of my browsers several times a day. I’ve flushed the cache on my (Flywheel) host server twice. Still, I see the notices for Enfold 6.0.1, even after, as I say, upgrading to 6.0.2. See screenshots:

For access, see Private Content box.
Thanks! Lance
Hi,
Thanks for that. If you click the Dismiss text in the notice, then it will disappear. If you only click the X, then it will come back.
Best regards,
Rikard
Thanks, Rikard. That worked. Who would have guessed? :-)
Lance
