Can't get how to set up some elements in pages. Please help.

Hello,
I am making a site with Enfold theme and I love it so far!
I would like to know how to achieve the same results seen in pages from demos.

I’m wondering how to add this sort of pointing-down triangle on each section as shown in this demo:

And most importantly, how to get a page layout with a layerslider element next to a text box.
Tried with 1/2 1/2 boxes but seems like you can’t put a layer slider inside a layout box.

What I am trying to achieve is on
on the mobile section.

Can you please let me know how to do these things?
