    Hi,
    I got a Mail that and your notice that a theme update is available. But I can’t find it on my website.
    I am now a little bit scary, that something is wrong…
    I have created a toke in envato and kept it into the field in wordpress “Theme Updates” but it doesn’t work and there is no notification about a Theme Update. Can you please help – I don’t know, where the problem is…

    Thanks for giving us admin access, I can see this error in the backend:

    The last time we checked your key, we couldn't connect to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Your username: XXXXXXXXXXXX
E-mail could not be accessed (only required for your information)
The following errors occurred:

Purchases: Error code 403 received from Envato: Forbidden:
- response_code: 403
- reason: scope-missing
email received error code 403 from Envato: Forbidden:
- code: not_authenticated
Purchases: Your purchases cannot be accessed. We cannot check for updates.

    Please follow the instructions in https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
    Make sure that the permission is the same as the one shown in the documentation and it should work.
