I recently got an email that my support plan is expiring and I would like to extend it before the price goes up on the 17th of this month. However, the link included in the email does not take me to an offer to extend support. Rather it is the licensing + support offer for when you are first buying the theme (Enfold). I don’t need a new license (right?) so how do I just pay for support ?

No you don’t have to purchase a new license. I think you should be able to only select support if you are logged in with the account which you bought the theme with, could you try that out please?
