    Hey Florian,
    I searched our users but that email is not there. I don’t have the ability to search by purchase codes. I could forward your request, but as it’s Sunday, it will probably take a day to hear back.
    Or do you have any more email addresses or do you have a link to one of your posts you made with the account?

    Thanks for the update, the purchase code you posted is registered to the user name in private. It’s not registered to any of the emails you mentioned though, maybe the user name will refresh your memory?

    Hi Rikard,

    Thank you. That is the same name I used on themeforest to but the theme.
    I tried the “forgot PW” function, but it seems I do not have access to the email anymore.

    I could have used an email tied to a former project (see private content). They are all offline/domains have been canceled.

    How do we proceed from here? I use the theme now on a new project and I need some help with the Masonry Gallery. Can we reset the email for my purchase code? Happy to provide any details if you want to make sure I am the actual buyer.
