At our page the main video in the front suddenly stopped loading.
Tracing the javascript-console with script-debugging enabled gave us the log in this picture: http://goo.gl/DOkPd5
It seems like the video can’t be loaded due to some obscure javascript reason. Somehow the player is “undefined”.
The bug started happening after we updated to the most recent version of the theme. Of course, this could just be coincidence. We are working heavily right now and do a lot of changes.
Any idea as to where to go from here?
Hey fridde!
It looks like you have a lot of scripts loading. Try deactivating all plugins and if that does not help then send us a WordPress login and set your reply as private and we’ll take a closer look.
Cheers!

Hey!
It’s a javascript error but it’s hard to tell what’s going on there. What happens if you use a different MP4 file?
I noticed that when I activated the parent theme instead of your child theme the settings panel had an error? Try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy.
Cheers!

Magically, reinstalling the theme solved the issue. No errors left in the console either.
I have no idea, why. Maybe we’ll never know!
Thanks a lot!
