Hello,
On the user’s end, I cannot enter in my credit card information. My site is up to date and so are the plugins. I am using woocommerce and braintree currently. Is this an issue on your end that you could help me with?
Hi murdochduncan,
Can you try to switch to a default WordPress Theme and test again and see if it works?
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi Nikko,
I’m afraid I don’t know how to do that. Is this something you can execute safely on your end?
Thank you,
Duncan
Hi Duncan,
You can do it by going to Appearance > Themes, then activate Twenty Twenty-One or Twenty Twenty theme (default themes that come with installing WordPress), then test the credit card info.
You may need to put your site on maintenance mode when doing this (you can find a maintenance plugin for this), if the problem still persists then you should contact the plugin support/developers regarding the issue.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hello, I previewed the site with both suggested themes and don’t see a way to navigate to add an item into the cart and run the test. Is there any way you can do this so I know it is not an issue with enfold?
Thank you,
Duncan
Hi Duncan,
Can you give us the login link for the site? also, the page that has an issue, is it the checkout page? if not can you give a link on it as well?
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi Nikko,
Yes, see below. When you add an item to the cart and try to check out, the credit card information field is un-clickable so there’s no way to purchase.
Thank you,
Hi murdochduncan,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
The problem is caused by the Autoptimize plugin.
I have disabled this option in its setting: Aggregate JS-files? then cleared the cache from the plugin and it’s working properly.
Best regards,
Nikko
Nikko,
That did it! So glad you could assist me.
Thank you so much!
Hi murdochduncan,

Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!
Best regards,
Nikko
