Hello
My client recently tried to edit an existing portfolio item and in the advanced editor it is not loading – the spinning icon just keeps rotating. I checked and also am not about to switch to the default editor. I assume that the issue is connected to the recent update to WP 4 but I’m adding my login credentials in the private area so that you can have a look and let me know what needs fixing. Yes, it has to do with WP 4.0. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Looks like you didn’t update the theme for quite a long while now. The update might break a few configuration that you have. You might need to edit the theme options again and create some other elements from scratch.
