Two screenshots attached private content. The first is when I click on an Avia builder block. It loads fine. Once I get a layer deeper (to change an image on easyslider or to cange text block content for example) the screen goes white. We have had this issue for approx. 1 year but did not mind it because when we deactivate woocommerce the issues goes away.
We would deactivate woocom, make our edits and then re-activate woocom. We can no longer do this though for reasons I will not get into.
How can we fix this issue? It only impacts things built with the Avia layout builder.

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where we can reproduce the results in your screenshots.

Login info and steps on how to reproduce the error are in private.March 20, 2018 at 7:48 am #929569Hi,
Thanks for that, I get the same results on my end. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardMarch 20, 2018 at 4:21 pm #929918I cannot update the theme at this time as some custom work is being done. As soon as we can we will.
I can tell you though with 100% certainty that that will not solve the issue. We have had this error for over one year and have always been up to date on our plugins version, WP version and theme version. Never once did this go away on any updates in the past.
Thoughts?
March 21, 2018 at 7:10 am #930375Hi,
Ok, thanks for the feedback. Did you try to deactivate all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?
You could also try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy all the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardMarch 21, 2018 at 4:31 pm #930658Hello
Here are two plugin scenarios.– I am deactivate all plugins but Woocommerce, I get the error.
– If I deactive only Woocommerce and leave all othe rplugins active, I do not get any errors. The issue seems to be centered around Woocommerce.
March 22, 2018 at 5:38 pm #931482Hi,
Can you give us ftp access? so we can try to check further and enable debug.
Best regards,
