    Hello,

I just updated to Enfold 3.4.7.
But if I want to edit a page now it just keeps giving me the loading icon in the editor so I can’t change a thing.
    Any idea?

EDIT: I also just found out that when changing my footer in the widgets page and pressing save it just keeps loading without updating the footer.

    Cheers, Eric.

    Hi EricSmeets!

there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

Also try to deactivate all plugins, to check if one is causing this issue and let us know about your results. If that does not help send us admin access, so we can take a deeper look into it. Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily by ourselves as well for testing purposes?

    Best regards,
    Andy

    I got it Andy,

The thing that was causing the problem was the WooCommerce 2.5.0 plugin. I installed it yesterday to play around with it a bit. After deactivating this all worked well again…..

    Hi!

Enfold 3.4.7 and WooCommerce 2.5 should work fine together. Can you please try de-activating all other plugins and try re-updating the theme as Andy suggested?

    Regards,
    Yigit

I tried to de-activate all other plugins and just run WooCommerce. But that’s the only plugin that is giving me problems.
If I run this plugin I can’t edit pages, update plugins, edit the footer. (And probably more stuff that is not working.)

I must say I am a little scared to delete all the theme files and then reinstalling them. Won’t I delete some important stuff like the pages I made for example? I made you a login so you can check some things maybe before I try deleting and reinstalling everything. See private content.

    Hi,

Your settings and pages should be fine since they are located in the database and you won’t delete that. You can try to overwrite the files instead if you feel more comfortable with that, it should have the same effect. Don’t forget to back your site up before attempting this though.

Ok, I removed the Enfold theme completely and reinstalled it. But the problem remains. What I found out though is that when I deactivate the plugin: The Events Calender or the WooCommerce plugin I can edit pages again. That’s strange because if it would have been one faulty plugin the problem would only disappear if I would deactivated that specific plugin.

Could you have a look maybe to see if something has been setup wrong?

    Thanks!

    Hi!

Looks like the issue got resolved after re-installing I was able to edit everything on the page just like i would in any enfold theme. Please see screen shot attached. However there was a warning to setup time zone link provided in private content to setup your time zone.

    Best regards,

Hello Vinay, you are right. It works now. I forgot to mention that I let my administrator raise the PHP memory limit. That was the problem! Thanks for the help!
