Good morning,
I have installed your theme Enfold with version 3.1.3 on my WordPress 4.1, everything works great except I can’t edit pages in backend the charging loop keeps turning and I can’t do nothing.
The main problem is in the page “Equipo” where I can’t show the images neither change them.
Could you help me with this problem?
Thanks,
CarlosApril 20, 2015 at 10:44 am #431199Same issue here.
April 21, 2015 at 8:44 am #431813Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please try to deactivate all plugins, remove browser cache then test it again. If it doesn’t work, post the login details here so that we can test it.
Best regards,

Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
YigitApril 21, 2015 at 5:28 pm #432167Updating the theme via FTP doesn’t fix the issue, when it’s present. However I do have multiple sites and one works just fine with Enfold 3.1.3 and WordPress 4.1.1 so I will check the site with issues to see if there’s a plugin conflict.
April 21, 2015 at 8:02 pm #432322I’ve tried to re-update the theme via FTP and didn’t work, I have still the same problem. And I’ve tried also updating WordPress to 4.1.2 and the problem is still there…
Any idea?
April 21, 2015 at 8:39 pm #432361Hi Javiermusal, I went ahead and opened my own thread since I was no longer 100% confident we have the exact same cause to our issue… it’s located here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/cant-edit-pages-in-enfold-3-1-3-possible-plugin-conflict/ if you want to learn more about my issue and see if anything helps you.
On mine, I discovered that deactivating plugins did fix the issue with the layout builder. I was able to re-enable all plugins except Advanced Custom Fields Pro 5.2.2 which triggered the Avia Layout Builder issue for me.
Good luck! Hope you get it figured out. If you are using ACF try disabling it temporarily and seeing if that fixes the issue for you.
April 21, 2015 at 9:00 pm #432378Thanks for the advice chembro303, but I only have these 3 plugins on the website right now: Google Analytics por Yoast, SEO Rank Reporter and Rank Reporter, and they are all deactivated…
I’ve tried to re-update the theme via FTP, uploading WordPress and nothing happened. Anyway, thanks for your help, and good luck with your issue too!
April 23, 2015 at 9:55 am #433322Since I have been 2 days without any answer, have you figured out any solution to the problem?
My website is still incomplete due to this error…Thanks
April 24, 2015 at 7:36 am #433906Hi!
I logged in to your site and I get the same problem, do we have your permission to overwrite the theme via FTP to see if we have better luck than you did?

RikardApril 24, 2015 at 9:06 am #433961Yes of course, whatever you need to make it work.
Thanks,

April 27, 2015 at 7:21 am #435052Hi!
Got some errors in the console:
http://www.spaniafisioterapia.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/wp-tinymce.php?c=1&ver=4107-20150118 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
Please contact your hosting provider. Tell them about the error then ask them if they can adjust the file and folder permissions properly.
