*EDIT 8/17/15 8:12PM CT*
Looking into memory caching issues on the server to rule that out, working with the hosting team. Will update the thread.
Hey guys,
I have purchased several copies of Enfold for websites I build and it’s stopped working on one of my sites which is my main site.
Here’s the issue:
– When I edit pages I can’t see the advanced layout builder content. I can see the advanced layout builder on posts.
– Clicking the advanced layout builder button does nothing when editing pages.
– Clicking the “screen views” option does nothing when editing pages.
– I cannot view the Enfold theme panel within WordPress to adjust any theme settings. It is blank with a little “view all options” link that does nothing but expand a blank window. Here’s what I’ve tried:
– Fresh install of the Enfold theme
– Fresh install of WordPress core files (excluding /wp-content, wp-config.php)
– Clearing cache
– Disabling all plugins
– Renaming plugins folder temporarily
– Using a different theme. When editing pages, the advanced layout html is carried over to the default text editing window but it’s all white. I have to highlight it to read it. Clicking “Text” or “Visual” tabs do nothing in the content window.I have done nothing to the site in several weeks. This is my personal site for my business. All other Enfold builds I have are functioning normally including ones hosted on my server (Siteground).
I can get you login access.
Any thoughts?

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

Info in the private section.
Other developments since last post:
– I had the server upgraded to 512 MB of ram. This removed the “memory exhausted” warning but hasn’t fixed any issues.
– I cannot customize the theme without getting a 500 error, though this happens with the 2014 theme as well…seems to be triggering a wp-cron.php error on another site in my hosting. No idea.My next course of action will be doing a clean WP + Theme install in another folder, then migrating my DB + files over to see if that helps.
My CSS is all in the Custom CSS of Enfold’s Theme panel that I can’t access. Can I pull all of that enfold.css in the wp-content/uploads folder?

There seems to be some issues with your installation there, I get the exhausted memory warning in the right hand menu when trying to edit one of your pages and none of the editor load, not even the default one. You could try to disable all plugins to see if that helps, otherwise I think it would be a good idea to do a clean installation of WordPress and the Theme.

to whom it may concern, I am having the same issues and did pretty much the same thing as Graham.
Here is the interesting part. As a site admin, I can edit the site and view everything, however, If the user is setup as an editor, that user cannot see the content.I have been following and researching this and just have been coming up with dead ends left and right.
Please advise.
