    We just moved this website from a subdomain where it was being developed to its final host and are experiencing a couple of issues on both websites.

    • There is a gray box covering the visual editor and all Enfold tool options that I can’t move or delete.
    • I am unable to rename the home page. It keeps reverting to the old name.

    How do I fix this?

    The site contains an older version of the theme, 6.0.8. Please upgrade it to the latest version, 7.1 and let us know if the issue still occurs.

    I bought the theme on Themeforest, which issued me a purchase code, but I never received an Envato Private Token for updates. How do I get one?

    I prefer to use FTP as a last resort.

    It took me a couple of tries to configure the token and figure out the plugin, but the theme is updated.
