Tagged: fatal error
Hello,
I have a weird situation. I recently updated the site to the new Enfold version and everything is working fine except pages build with the Avia editor that were made before 2018. The error log gives me this error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method aviaShortcodeTemplate::set_frontend_developer_heading_tag() in /public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/av-helper-slideshow.php:354
Which is weird because there is nog slideshow on the page I try to edit.
What is going wrong and how do I fix it?
Hey lisettetol,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi,
Thanks for that. So this error message is only appearing in your server logs or is it appearing when you try to save the page? Are we allowed to edit the page in question in order to reproduce the problem?
Best regards,
Rikard
Yes, you can edit the page.
And the error happens on the page while saving.
IT doesn’t seem to happen on other (newer) pages.
Hi,
Thanks for that. The layout builder doesn’t seems to load at all on my end, are you using the WordPress editor to create the page?
Best regards,
Rikard
Yess, that happens as well, also a problem.
Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what is going wrong there unfortunately since I can’t see any error messages. Did you try disabling all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?
Also please try to select to load all element all the time under Enfold->Performance, look for the Disabling of template builder elements option.
Best regards,
Rikard
