I have a problem with my Blog Page on Enfold. seems it don’t work. I can’t manage or edit it. It’s like still downloading but nothing change. Could someone help me please?

I’m not sure what you are asking, if you need an email to register the account then you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) , just make sure to post the login details in private in this thread so that all moderators can access them.

I have checked your blog page and there are js errors on your blog page, screenshot is shown in private content.
Can you try to disable all plugins and check if it fixes the issue, if it does enable them one by one to know which is causing the issue.
If disabling the plugins doesn’t help, please provide us with ftp access, so we can check further.

Just post the ftp details in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.

Thanks however you already gave that admin access, but we need ftp access, so we can try to access both wordpress and theme files, so we can try enable debug and troubleshoot the issue.

I was able to access via ftp however I don’t have access to your site. (Link to screenshot of what I can access is in private content).

No, the ftp credentials do work, however it doesn’t have access to the right folder as seen in the screenshot which contains only .ftpquota file and nothing else.
You would know what I mean if you try to access ftp using the credentials you gave using filezilla. If you can allow the ftp account you gave us to have access to the public_html folder or atleast the folder where the wp-config.php file is located it should be better so we can try to enable error logging.
