First, hope I’m in the right place..
I have a problem with my Blog Page on Enfold. seems it don’t work. I can’t manage or edit it. It’s like still downloading but nothing change. Could someone help me please?

Sorry for your problems. How can we reproduce the issue you’re having?
RikardMay 4, 2018 at 5:02 pm #951777
Can I do a screenshot to show you? and I don’t know if you could entry in my website. I’ve spoke with WordPress support (Italy) but they are not allowed to do that, they said maybe you can.
AliceMay 5, 2018 at 2:10 pm #952112
We can have a look at the backend of your site, no problem. Just send us admin login details in private and we’ll check it out.
RikardMay 5, 2018 at 11:17 pm #952184May 7, 2018 at 6:02 am #952491
I’m not sure what you are asking, if you need an email to register the account then you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) , just make sure to post the login details in private in this thread so that all moderators can access them.
RikardMay 21, 2018 at 1:19 pm #959736
Sorry I don’t know how contact you in private.. You say “send us admin login details in private” I mean in private… where?
AliceMay 22, 2018 at 5:43 am #960140
Here on the forum, below the reply box is another box with this text above it:
Private Content (link to your website, login credentials, FTP credentials, etc – only visible for moderators)
You can post login details in there.
RikardMay 22, 2018 at 9:56 am #960214May 22, 2018 at 12:07 pm #960268
Can you also give us the login page link? so we can check it further.
NikkoMay 22, 2018 at 12:42 pm #960297May 23, 2018 at 2:59 am #960599
Thanks for providing us admin access.
I have checked your blog page and there are js errors on your blog page, screenshot is shown in private content.
Can you try to disable all plugins and check if it fixes the issue, if it does enable them one by one to know which is causing the issue.
If disabling the plugins doesn’t help, please provide us with ftp access, so we can check further.
NikkoMay 24, 2018 at 11:20 am #961442
I did before, all plugins but nothing changed. Now I try to disable one by one and I let you know. Thank you so much.May 24, 2018 at 12:36 pm #961494
I disabled the plugin one by one, but the error is still there..
AliceMay 24, 2018 at 4:14 pm #961630
Can we ask for your ftp access? so we can check it further.
Just post the ftp details in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.

Thanks however you already gave that admin access, but we need ftp access, so we can try to access both wordpress and theme files, so we can try enable debug and troubleshoot the issue.
This may help in creating ftp account: https://support.hostgator.com/articles/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -account-in-cpanel

I apologize for the late response.
I was able to access via ftp however I don’t have access to your site. (Link to screenshot of what I can access is in private content).
Can you give the ftp account access to public_html?
NikkoAugust 1, 2018 at 10:41 pm #992599
So do you want me write here ftp access? (Access and password) ?
AliceAugust 1, 2018 at 11:29 pm #992620
No, the ftp credentials do work, however it doesn’t have access to the right folder as seen in the screenshot which contains only .ftpquota file and nothing else.
You would know what I mean if you try to access ftp using the credentials you gave using filezilla. If you can allow the ftp account you gave us to have access to the public_html folder or atleast the folder where the wp-config.php file is located it should be better so we can try to enable error logging.

sorry for the late replay.
I understood what you ask me, but I don’t know how to do that .. sorry
Could you explain me every step, or if you have a video to show me?

I think this should help: https://mediatemple.net/community/products/dv/204643320/creating-ftp-sftp-users
You only need the steps for: INSTRUCTIONS FOR CPANEL
In step 3, you should see an image which shows the Directory field, they have public_html/newftpuser (the pattern is public_html/username) you will just remove the username or in this case newftpuser.

I think I’ve done what you ask me. Please double check and let me know.
AliceSeptember 16, 2018 at 4:31 pm #1010445
I tried it again several times however it doesn’t even allow access now. I’m getting this instead:
Response: 530 Login authentication failed Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
You can test that by using filezilla.
NikkoSeptember 16, 2018 at 11:43 pm #1010531
If I click on Configure Filezille, there is an error:
“Error on line 1 at column 50: standalone accepts only yes or no”
:( I really don’t know what do..September 19, 2018 at 3:14 pm #1011847
I apologize for the late response.
I’m not familiar with error you got.
Can you give us the cpanel access instead? then just post change the password as soon as we resolve the issue.
NikkoSeptember 19, 2018 at 4:03 pm #1011881September 19, 2018 at 6:54 pm #1011977
Thanks for providing the access.
I have enabled wordpress debugging and didn’t see any error. I have also tried to create another blog page and just named it test and it doesn’t cause any issues.
I then tried to set it as the blog page and it worked properly, I just returned it to blog.
Honestly, I’m not sure why it’s not working only on that single page and I could not replicate the issue on other pages, as a workaround, I would suggest just creating another page and use it as your Blog page.
