September 1, 2015 at 5:30 pm #496572Hi Nerohm!
Not sure what’s going on there. Perhaps the WordPress update did not complete successfully. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If the above two steps do not help then I would consider loading a backup.
Cheers!

No, unless you have not made any changes on theme files and changed theme name. Your content is saved on your database and theme options would remain intact as long as theme names are matching.

I followed the steps and it didn’t solved, what do you mean by ” the WordPress update did not complete successfully” how do you know that?
Is there any way so i can complete this WP installation? or its better in this case to load a backup?thanks!
September 2, 2015 at 9:02 am #496905Hi,
I’m able to do changes in the backend, did you get it fixed? If not then please exactly where you are having problems.

This is weird. The editor redirects to the home page when you click the “Update” button. Please check the .htaccess file in the wp root directory. Post the code inside that file on pastebin.com.
