Hello, I’m all-of-a-sudden not able to move elements as I’m building or updating pages. I tried the couple things in other threads (adding code to the config file and adding code to my child theme functions file) but neither have worked. I can add elements by clicking them, and it will add the element to the bottom of the page, but I can’t move it after that. I also can’t move existing elements. I have disabled all non-essential plugins, updated the theme, updated WP and have the WP debug turned on. I can’t figure this out. Everything else seems to be working fine. I have provided login information for my site in hopes you can help. Let me know if you need FTP or Cpanel as well.

Thanks for the login details. Could you try disabling all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? If not, then please include FTP login details in private as well, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.
Best regards,
RikardJune 21, 2021 at 5:48 pm #1306789I tried disabling all plugins, reverting to the main Enfold theme (instead of the child theme) and I also uploaded the latest version of Enfold via FTP, with no success in fixing the issue. FTP credentials are included below… Thanks so much for your help!!
June 23, 2021 at 5:30 am #1307061Hi,
Thanks for that. The FTP login details are working, but I can’t see a WordPress installation in there. There is only a folder with a couple of files in it, but no WordPress installation? If you want to try it yourself, then you can find instructions here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#theme-update
Best regards,
RikardAugust 5, 2021 at 11:28 pm #1314723I have the same problem. I can’t drag and drop elements. It just acts like I’m selecting text.
I added the following line near the top of my wp-config.php file:
define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
That did not fix the issue. However, while testing my plugins, I discovered it works when Jetpack is disabled. So, it seems to be a conflict with Jetpack. It’s problematic, as jetpack needs to be configured each time I disable and reenable it.
I have the latest version of the theme and I’m running WP 5.8 and PHP 7.4
Thanks for any help.
August 6, 2021 at 8:16 pm #1314903I tried to start a new thread on this subject, but for some reason I am not able to start topics. Do you have any solutions for this issue with regards to the Jetpack conflict? I really need to make edits to a site and I don’t want to shut off Jetpack each time. Please help.
