    Hi, I’m not able to register on the forum because our theme was purchased by our web development company. According to my dashboard I am running the “current” theme, which it shows as 4.4.1 even when I click the Check Manually link. However, I see there are many, many updates when I go to the forum.

    Thanks for contacting us!
    Envato has already stopped using API key for update and are now using tokens that’s why you can’t see any update.
    The patch was added in Enfold 4.6 and the latest release is 4.7.6.3. Maybe you can request for the web development company to download the latest version and request them to generate a token that you can use for theme update.
    Here’s how you can generate an Envato token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and make sure the token have the following permissions:

    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View your Envato account username
    • View your email address
    • View your account profile details
    • Download your purchased items
    • Verify purchases of your item
    • List purchases you’ve made

    Once you have the latest version of Enfold, I would suggest following Rikard’s instruction in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/upgrade-10/ on how to update your theme.
    Then register the theme as recommended in our documentation https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ so you can fully update the theme via theme options next time.

    If you are not able to contact the web company anymore then I would suggest purchasing the Enfold theme and generate the token using your themeforest account.
