Hey guys,
Can you please help me fix this error? When I use masonry gallery —> Sortable? —> First option. it appears fine. But I can’t click on the categories.
It seems to fix when the browsers gets smaller.
*One more update: When I change the “logo and main menu” layout in enfold to one that isn’t “Top header”, this issue goes away. It seems to happen when the chosen layout is “Top Header”. Which is what I currently have and want to keep.*

March 21, 2017 at 1:42 pm #764172Hey!
send us admin access, we need to take a closer look into it.
However, at first deactivate all plugins to check if one is causing this issue.
Also there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

AndyMarch 21, 2017 at 3:59 pm #764241Hey Andy,
Login info below. Tried it with the plugins, that didn’t work. Also I believe I did i delete the files via ftp before, for a different issue. I’m a bit confused by that instructional video.
Regarding this issue though, it seems to fix itself depending on the browser width, so I don’t think it’s an issue with corrupt files. Please review my login credentials below for a closer look.
Thanks!

Apologies, correct password is below. Thanks for looking into this. Appreciate it!
March 28, 2017 at 6:53 am #767896Hi,
It’s not working properly because the sorting options are being covered by the transparent header. Please add a separator/whitespace element to move the masonry element slightly downwards below the header.
Best regards,
IsmaelMarch 28, 2017 at 7:12 am #767902Hey Ismael,
That works but aesthetically I don’t like it this way. I like when it was aligned with my header on the top. See my screenshots below when I try what you mentioned.
Separator: https://ibb.co/h8fiqa
Whitespace: https://ibb.co/mvaSGFIs there any solve to get it the way I want? I wish I could do a dropdown menu. Like it says “Categories/Disciplines” then it drops down to these options. But I’d rather just have it uptop. Either way I’d be thankful to try both.
Any help? Thank you.
Chris
March 28, 2017 at 7:29 am #767914Hey!
I’m sorry but this not going to work if the sorting options are right below the header. You have to move it downwards a bit. The transparent header is usually used on pages with sliders or banners.
Cheers!
IsmaelMarch 28, 2017 at 7:36 am #767920Ah I see. Thanks for the quick responses!
