    New installation with Enfold 3.0.4 Child Theme and WP 4.1 with no activated plug ins: Settings in section Layout (in Portfolio and Pages) jumps back . Example: If I choose “Transparent header” and save and then select back “No Transparency” and saves, old setting “Transparent header” jumps back. Same with sections labels.

    Problem solved. The database was incorrectly set.
